Reports of suspected violations of the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing Act should be addressed to: denuncias.bcft.bv@bondstone.com.
If anonymity is desired, this must be expressly requested in the report.

Reports of facts, evidence, information or complaints made within the scope of the procedures adopted and through the proper reporting channels cannot, in themselves, serve as grounds for the Company or the persons or entities reported to initiate any disciplinary, civil or criminal proceedings against the author of the same, unless they are false and have been made in bad faith.
