Paulo built Bondstone from the ground up — from €0 to a €500M+ platform and a CMVM-regulated fund manager over a decade. Before founding the firm, he spent 10+ years at Morgan Stanley in New York across Equity Research and Proprietary Trading, cutting his teeth in some of the most demanding markets in the world. A CFA charterholder with an MBA from Chicago Booth and an engineering degree from CentraleSupélec, Paulo is the one who keeps the capital disciplined, the governance tight, and the LPs close. He's built the institutional backbone the rest of the team gets to build on.
